access, and share their entire personal health history and ACTUAL medical records
from one place - anytime, anywhere.
Creating a MedeFile is simple. After the member enters their doctors, hospitals,
emergency contacts, medications, medical conditions and any other pertinent information,
MedeFile gathers all of the individual’s records. MedeFile transforms them into
digital (if they are in paper format) images. Then using our proprietary software,
MedeFile indexes the records by date, provider and record type, so you can find
what you are looking for quickly and easily.
MedeFile members can rest assured that all of their information is securely stored
in their own MedeFile account. Each account is password protected and available
24/7. It is at each individual’s discretion as to who sees what information and
when. All activity within the account is audited in real time.
Members can access this information online, using any internet enabled cell phone
or PDA, or our patent pending MedeDrive, a specially designed USB drive that contains
the exact information held in your account. The MedeDrive does not require an internet
connection or the installation of any hardware or software to view.
MedeFile also offers members other convenient services like our Concierge service
and MedeMinder. Never again forget to take your medications or go to your doctors
appointments! MedeMinder will call or text to remind you of these important events,
at any given time, to the phone number(s) you specify.
