Milton Hauser, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer
  For nearly 30 years, Milt has been a noted pioneer in the field of advertising and marketing, creating and executing many high profile national campaigns and programs for such companies as Panasonic, Sanyo, Avon, Lederle International, and other Fortune 500 companies. For over 16 years, Milt served as President of his own production company, where he earned distinction as an award winning writer/producer of both television commercials and industrial productions. Milt also has specific creative and production expertise in the healthcare arena, having worked with a number of world leading pharmaceutical companies developing and implementing comprehensive advertising, branding and marketing strategies for a wide range of medical and pharmaceutical products.
 
William Cullen, Independent Director
  William has nearly 30 years experience in senior management positions in Internet, cable television and cable advertising businesses. From 1998 through 2004, he served in various executive officer capacities for Webb Interactive Services, Inc., including Chairman, President, CEO and CFO. Webb is a publicly traded, web-based holding company for Jabber, Inc. which is the leading open-source presence-based messaging software development company, serving the enterprise and carrier technology markets. Previously, he served as Chairman and CEO of Access Television Network, Inc. (ATN), a long-form advertising company that he grew from inception to serve approximately 25 million cable television households. Prior to ATN, Bill was President and CEO of California News Channel, a programming project of Cox Communications, Inc., and, for more than a decade, he held various high level positions with Tribune Cable, United Cable and United Artists Cable. Bill is a Founder and the first Chairman of Adlink, Los Angeles, which is the largest cable television advertising interconnect in the country. He also helped form the Los Angeles Marketing Council; has served as Chairman and as a Board member of numerous cable industry trade groups and organizations; and is the recipient of several important industry leadership recognition awards. Bill began his business career in banking and has held several senior finance positions in a wide variety of businesses.
 
Anthony Paquin, Independent Director
 With over 20 years' experience leading the strategic direction of both private and public companies in the insurance, technology and healthcare industries, Anthony brings MedeFile proven expertise and skill in executive management, effective teambuilding, strategic business development, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate finance, among other areas. Currently, Tony serves as founder and Chief Executive Officer of The Paquin Group, an alliance of industry-leading experts and resources created to assist hospitals in the implementation of healthcare retail strategies. He previously founded and managed one of the largest technology companies in the insurance sector and was Chief Executive Officer of a Nasdaq-listed healthcare services company. In addition, Tony has extensive experience in public policy at both the state and national levels and has participated in strategic sessions at the Naval War College and ran for office in the United States House of Representatives.
 
John Bason, Independent Director
  John is an accomplished healthcare senior executive with a broad and proven skill-set covering a broad range of business, high finance and healthcare industry-related disciplines, including raising venture capital, sales and marketing, new product and services development, FDA liaising, managed care strategy development and clinical service support network development. Currently, John serves as Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Navitas, a healthcare service company engaged in providing comprehensive, cancer rehabilitation services to patients suffering from the side effects of cancer and its treatment. Prior to founding Navitas, John served as EVP, Field Operations at CardioNet, Inc., a company providing mobile cardiac outpatient telemetry on a 24/7/365 basis, as well as CEO, President and Director of Novatrix Medical Corporation, an early stage medical device company focused in obstetrics, where he was responsible for securing $17 million in venture funding. John also served in several senior managerial posts at Tokos Medical Corporation, Omnis Surgical, Baxter International and Fenwal Laboratories. Success at these companies has enabled him to gain valuable experience in creating new healthcare delivery models, new companies and their culture, launching new products and services, establishing profitable and sustainable reimbursement levels and attracting quality people dedicated to establishing a successful company. Being responsible for these early stage and growth companies has provided John with the practical experience and knowledge required to effectively develop, lead and manage an evolving organization.
